What we collect
When you contact us or request a guide, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and project information. We also record basic information about how you found us (for example a referring website or campaign) so we can understand which channels are useful.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare proposals, and, if you opted in, to send our occasional Journal. We never sell or rent personal information.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and our email provider, which may store data outside Canada. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from email at any time, by writing to [email protected].
